From One Page to Many – Concept note

Hi, welcome to our first paper. Planexi didn’t start with a grand plan. It started with one page, one tool, and one need to help someone get noticed in a crowded job market. Back in July 2019, I started the first version of what would eventually become Planexi. It was a basic CV design service, simple but intentional. We were designing resumes that could earn people a second glance, an interview, and in some cases, a new beginning.

At the time, I didn’t realise what I was building. But that small beginning carried something deeper: a love for clarity, structure, and systems that make work count. As requests grew, so did the vision. People didn’t just want resumes; they needed business plans, strategies, pitch decks, team structure, and digital presence. They were trying to build something real, and they needed more than templates.

That’s when iPlan Business was born. Then iPlan Project. Each step wasn’t a rebrand; it was a response. It was us listening, learning, and meeting people at the edge of their vision. Whether it was a founder trying to raise funds or a nonprofit trying to grow impact, we saw the same gap: vision wasn’t enough. The structure was missing. Systems were weak. Execution was scattered. That’s the part we wanted to solve.

We didn’t scale fast, but we grew deeply. Quietly. Consistently. We tested ideas, worked with real clients, and let experience shape our approach. Eventually, we realized we weren’t just helping people plan, we were helping them plan with excellence and execute with integrity. That became our heartbeat.

On June 23, 2025, we registered officially as Planexi Global Consult. Not because we wanted to tick a box, but because we knew we were ready to be built, publicly, intentionally, and sustainably. Planexi is not a pivot. It’s the sum of years spent doing the work, building the tools, and proving the model in silence.

This blog is part of that next chapter. We’re not launching it as a content engine, we’re launching it as a conversation. Here, we’ll reflect on the process, share what we’re learning, and talk honestly about building systems that help people grow. We’ll share stories from our journey, and maybe help someone else feel less alone in theirs.
